Large sculptural seahorse brooch in black-tone metal, densely set with multicoloured rhinestones. The curved body is picked out in vivid purple, pink, lilac, yellow-green and red stones, while the head is covered with warm peach/champagne rhinestones, giving the design a wonderfully extravagant jewelled finish.
At 8.5cm long, this is an unusually large figural piece with excellent dimensional detailing from the curled tail through to the ridged back and sculpted head.
